6 week class for women only to teach the foundational movement patterns. Especially designed for women who are new to the gym and strength training.

Each week, we will discuss what the movement pattern is for, which muscles are involved, how to execute it properly, ways to modify or progress each movement, and how to add it into a strength training program with practice of different methods (dumbbell, barbell, machines, bands, bodyweight, etc.).
